Fill out the form to submit an activity to the TIDE library

  • Use this form to submit an activity. We prefer that each submission include a singular activity rather than an entire lesson plan or agenda. You can look at the listed activities for examples. If you have ideas for how activities can be combined into a lesson plan, please include them in the Related Activities section.

    Please fill in as much information as possible. We will contact you if we need additional information or have trouble with your submission.

    Please do not submit material that is owned by someone else unless the author has publicly posted it or you have permission. This includes readings, instructions, and images from copyrighted books or articles.
